Mark is a Manitowoc native, graduating from Lincoln High School. He received his degree in Mortuary Science from Milwaukee Area Technical College and obtained his Funeral Director License in 1982. Mark is a second generation funeral director, continuing the legacy of the Jens Family Funeral Home and Crematory, that was started by his dad, JR Jens. Mark is a member of First Lutheran Church in Manitowoc. He is a member of the Manitowoc Masonic Lodge and was a past Exalted Ruler of the Manitowoc Elk's Lodge. Mark and his wife, Fay, have three children and five grandchildren.

As a second generation funeral director, Kevin began by growing up in Manitowoc, graduating in 1979 from Manitowoc Lincoln High School and then attended college, graduating from Worsham College of Mortuary Science in 1983. Kevin's career in funeral service began as an apprentice in Wauwatosa, WI and later ended up as a licensed funeral director in Skokie and Evanston, IL. In 1984 he joined Ramm-Ziegler Funeral Services in Sheboygan. In 1989 he began working at Saur Funeral Home in Kellnersville until the transition of ownership in 1990 merging with Reinbold and Pfeffer Funeral Home in Manitowoc. Later merging with Mark Jens of Jens Family Funeral Home and Crematory in 1998. In January of 2019, Kevin and Mark purchased Pfeffer Funeral Home of Manitowoc, Klein and Stangel Funeral Home of Two Rivers and Christianson and Deja Funeral Home of Valders. In January of 2020, they purchased Wittkopp Funeral and Cremation Services in Plymouth. Kevin is married to the former Lisa Gigure, they were married in 1982. The couple has two daughters and sons-in-law and six grandchildren. Kevin and Lisa enjoy spending time with their family, especially at their cottage in Wausaukee, hunting, riding in their UTV, snowmobiling and golfing. Kevin and Lisa are members of Bethany Ev. Lutheran Church of Manitowoc, where he served on the Stewardship Committee, Board of Elders, Church Council and as an Usher. Kevin is also active in the Manitowoc Izaak Walton League, Francis Creek Lions Club, Manitowoc County Fish and Game, Rockea Hunting Club, National Funeral Directors Association, Funeral Service and Cremation Alliance, Michigan Snowmobile and ORV Association, Association of Wisconsin Snowmobile Club, Viking Sno-Riders, Inland Snowblazers, Ranger City RIders Snowmobile ATV/UTV Club and the Kellnersville Betterment Association, known as KBA.

For more than 40 years, Bill has been serving families in funeral service with the belief that it is a vocation to assist families during one of the most difficult times of their lives. Dignity, compassion and respect are the cornerstones of his beliefs in funeral service. Bill graduated in 1978 from MATC Mortuary Science Program and then later continued his education from Lakeland University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Bill started his career with Dahl Funeral Home in Spooner, WI and was a funeral director in Sheboygan before coming to WIttkopp Funeral and Cremation Services in 2015. Bill resides in Plymouth, where he is active in Rotary and a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Elkhart Lake. He has three adult children.

Holly was born and raised in Waupaca, graduating from Waupaca High School in 1998. She continued her education at UW-Green Bay, while attending school she began her funeral service apprenticeship in 2000. She graduated from Milwaukee Area Technical College with a degree in Mortuary science and obtained her Funeral Director License in 2002. In 2016 she earned her Wisconsin Life Insurance Intermediary License, allowing her to walk families through the preplanning process and helping them prefund their funerals. Holly lives in Sheboygan Falls with her three daughters, she is a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Sheboygan Falls, where she is a confirmation mentor and is part of the grief ministry team. In her spare time she enjoys taking her daughters on road trips, spending time and creating memories with her daughters, their faithful companion, Harper, family and friends.

Kurt joined Lakeshore Family Funeral Homes back in 2012 as the Office Manager. He was born and raised in Manitowoc, graduating from Manitowoc Lincoln High School in 1977. After graduation he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, honorably discharged in 1986 reaching the rank of Staff Sargent. He continued his education at National University, California and Tampa University, Florida. The Corps gave Kurt the opportunity to travel to Cuba, Korea, Hawaii, Guam, Panama, Canada and throughout the United States while stationed at Camp Pendleton, CA and MacDill AFB, FL. After his discharge, Kurt worked as a Systems Analyst for a Washington D.C based government contractor, SRA Corporation. Kurt eventually moved to Arizona and began working as a games dealer for Don Laughlin's Resort & Casino and the Flamingo Hilton Casino, where he met and eventually married his wife, Bonnie in 1996. The couple now living back in Manitowoc, enjoys going to the movie theater, seeing action and sci-fi movies. going on road trips, spending time and creating memories with family and friends.

Gretchen lives in Sheboygan and is a member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church where her husband, Jim, is the pastor. They have two sons and a daughter-in-law. Gretchen enjoys reading, films, true crime podcasts, kayaking and pugs.Funeral Assistant

Dorothy is a lifelong resident of Plymouth and graduated from Plymouth High School. After raising three sons, she went to work at the Wittkopp Funeral Home in 1991 as a Business Manager. Over the years it became her second home and a big part of her life, helping people in their greatest time of need.

Dale is a lifelong resident of Plymouth, graduating from Plymouth High School and continued his education at LTC. He retired from Kohler Co. in 2005 after 42 years. He began working for Wittkopp Funeral and Cremation Services in 2003 and is sincere in helping people in their time of need. Dale and his wife, Janice have two children and six grandchildren. He enjoys attending the grandchildren's school activities, golfing, yard work and going to Road America.
