Marilynn "Peggy" (Rudolph) Saeger

Marilynn “Peggy” Saeger, a longtime resident of Plymouth passed away on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at the Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice Center at the age of 80 years.

Peggy was born on July 30, 1940 in Cashton, WI. A daughter to the late George and Selma (Spitz) Rudolph   She graduated from Cathedral High School in Milwaukee. She then continued her education to become an LPN.  Peggy worked as an LPN for several years before beginning her own furniture refinishing business in Cascade, later moving the shop to Plymouth.

Peggy is survived by her three children, Lisa Frei of Greendale, WI, Scott Saeger of Red Granite, WI and Todd (Kimberley) Saeger of Plymouth; four grandchildren, Amanda Saeger of Markesan, WI, Danielle Saeger of Greenfield, WI, Marlo Saeger of Plymouth and Ben Saeger of Plymouth.  She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents, other relatives, and many close friends.

A gathering to celebrate the life of Peggy will be held Saturday, July 10 from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm at the Plymouth Tap, 101 E. Mill Street.  Burial has taken place in the Natural Path Sanctuary in Verona, WI

Peggy’s family would like to extend their gratitude and appreciation to the staff of Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice for their care and compassion.  They would also like to thank her many close friends and the community at large who always made her feel welcome.
