Donna M. (Trybeck) Hansen

Donna M. Hansen, age 87, formerly of 36th Street, Two Rivers passed away Thursday morning, May 13, 2021 at Riverwood Estates Assisted Living, Manitowoc.

Donna was born May 11, 1934 in Krakow, WI, daughter of the late John "Jack" and Myrtle (Bonnin) Trybeck.  She was a graduate of Washington High School, Two Rivers with the Class of 1952.  On September 22, 1956 she was united in marriage to Leland Hansen in Manitowoc.  He preceded her in death on October 9, 2011.

Donna had worked for Mirro and later with Two Rivers Tool and Specialty prior to her retirement.  She enjoyed evenings on the patio with Lee, having a martini and grilling out.  In their early years together, they spent time in Door County at the trailer.  Several trips out West and Florida were enjoyed with family, as well as a trip to New York, and Boston for her and Lee's 50th wedding anniversary.  Going out to dinner and bus trips to the casino rounded out the fun.  Donna enjoyed conversations with family and friends while sitting in her spot on the couch!  She will be dearly missed.

Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law:  Holli & Tom Schoshinski, Glendale; Brenda & Eric Schultz, Francis Creek; five grandchildren:  Kristi (Chad) Meyer, Jamie (John) Freier, Cara (Bobby) Swenson, Sammuel Schultz and Zachary Schultz; three great grandchildren:  Carson, Charlie and Penny; several in-laws:  Barb Hansen, Donald & Sandy Hansen, Wayne & Janet Hansen; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Husband Lee Hansen, Father-in-law and Mother-in-law Dennis “Ben” & Florence Hansen and one brother-in-law Alan Hansen.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, May 20, 2021 at the Klein & Stangel Funeral Home, Two Rivers.  Officiating will be the Rev. Dave Pleier with burial to take place following services at Holy Cross Cemetery, Two Rivers.

The family will greet relatives and friends on Thursday, May 20, 2021 from 12 noon until the time of services at 1:30 p.m.
